Life is full of misery, there are somethings that happen to someone which make them to feel sad, many negative things make us mentally fatigue. It can be as a result of Lost, failure many like that that we are facing in daily bases.
      Sadness can cause you to feel stuck, to feel emotionless and empty.  sadness is not good for our well being, it very dangerous that it can lead to depression. But how can you feel happy.

Happiness is a very Good feeling a good emotion, when you love yourself you definitely understand saying no to sadnesses is like you are showing yourself some type of kindness.

STOP FOCUSING ON NEGATIVES ISSUE’S= The main thing that can bring about bad emotions of sadness is when you are thinking negatively about particular issues, this always lead to frustration and griefness, But if you want to feel happy you needs to shift your focus your mood on negative things and start thinking positively.

2. FORGET ABOUT THE PAST= If you want to be a happy person, you needs to forget about the past situation, you needs to forget about the past failure, and all the negative things that might already happen to you in the past. Keep your mind on the positive things that is happening presently.

3. DON’T FEEL LONELY= If you want to feel happy, you needs to stop feeling lonely every time, stop been lonely and start interacting with people that surround you that can makes you happy.

4. FORGIVE PEOPLES=  When you want to be a happy somebody, you needs to forgive wrong deed that people done to you, stop keeping people unforgiven in your heart, so forgive them and stay happy.
